Open Water Rowing in a Stunning Location

Are you an intermediate to experienced rower with solid on-the-water experience? Are you REALLY into rowing, throughout all four seasons and in all kinds of conditions? The Hale & Hardy Workout Row is for you! For individuals only, ages 14 and up. In this one-on-one session, we'll focus on a steady row with power that gets your heart rate up and builds your strength and stamina, offering you a GREAT full-body workout. Honing technique and form will be emphasized. Other skills-building includes navigation in open water and rowing longer distances. Total on the water time is approximately an hour. Sessions can be extended for additional time--please inquire! Rowers must have demonstrable skills and experience rowing in open water rowing and comfortable rowing in varying wind and weather conditions, including choppy seas and strong headwinds.
