Come for the heat, stay for the glow. Heat • Flow • Glow is a guided sauna and outdoor yoga experience designed to warm the body, release tension, and leave you glowing from the inside out. Salty Witch Sauna is excited to be collaborating with yoga instructor Niki Lazure for this relaxing pairing! Through three intentional cycles of sauna heat and slow outdoor movement, your muscles soften, your breath deepens, and stress begins to melt away. Each round invites you to move gently, connect with your body, and absorb the restorative power of heat. We’ll close with a quiet savasana in the sauna, allowing the warmth to carry you into a deeply restful, meditative state. 1.5 hours. Cycle 1 – Heat 15-minutes in the sauna with guided breath, intention setting and gentle seated movement 15-minutes outside for gentle warm stretches on mat Cycle 2 – Flow 15-minutes sauna session with yin-style deep hip openers and slow, supported stretching 15-minutes outdoor slow flow vinyasa yoga Cycle 3 – Glow 15-minutes sauna session focused on stillness and integration 15-minute Cold Dip or Sunset Walk Option Finish 10-minute sauna savasana Space is limited to six, allowing for a more intimate experience. Cool wash cloths and refreshing mint tea will be available throughout the session to keep you comfortable and hydrated. Bring your own mat, water bottle, bathing suit, towel, and loose layers for outdoor yoga.

Cancellation Policy
DWR WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY DoryWoman Rowing reserves the right to cancel a row at any time, generally for safety concerns, right up until the scheduled row time. If a cancellation is necessary due to the weather, DWR will work with you to reschedule the row. If this is not possible, a session credit will be offered. DWR CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY Rows cancelled 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a session credit; rows cancelled after this time or "no shows" will not be eligible for credit. A cancelled row may be rescheduled one time. A second cancellation will result in losing the credit. The exception is if DWR needs to cancel a rescheduled row due to weather concerns. SERVICE POLICY A rowing service purchased is not transferrable to a different type of rowing service. Rowing packages are for the purchaser only--or if purchased as a gift, for the individual the package is purchased for. Packages can be purchased for use by two people together. Gift cards may be used for all DWR services, with some exceptions.
